At Liaoyuan’s wind power bearing workshop, the delegation observed intelligent production lines and learned about the company’s expansion initiatives.
Chairman Shen Yan explained that the “Wind Power Bearing Expansion and Deep-Processing Project” supports China’s dual-carbon strategy and promotes the localization of high-end energy equipment components. By combining forging, cnc machining, heat treatment, and precision grinding, the project enhances production capacity, product precision, and process reliability.
“We aim to provide higher-quality localized support for global leading wind turbine manufacturers through technological innovation and advanced manufacturing upgrades,” Shen Yan said.
Executive Vice Mayor Wang Qi praised Liaoyuan’s role in the ‘345’ modern industrial cluster, noting:
“Liaoyuan sets an example of how technological breakthroughs can drive productivity, demonstrating the potential of Jiangyin’s new quality manufacturing forces.”

Deepening digital transformation: Integrate industrial internet platforms with with production for smart manufacturing.
Optimize ecosystem collaboration: Foster full-chain cooperation to reinforce cluster resilience.
