Jiangyin Liaoyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has officially commissioned its fourth forging production line, strengthening its position as a leading custom manufacturer of forged products for the wind power, energy, and heavy equipment industries.
The new line is equipped with advanced ring forging, open-die forging, and heat treatment systems, enabling the production of large-diameter, high-strength Forgings of up to 3 meters in diameter and 5 tons in weight.. Integrated heat treatment and semi-finishing processes provide stable and precise intermediate products for cnc machining and subsequent operations, ensuring consistent quality across the supply chain.
Since entering operation in July, the production line has manufactured 7,100 tons of forgings, significantly enhancing annual capacity and improving delivery responsiveness. Supported by Liaoyuan’s in-house quality assurance system—including CMM measurement, ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and a full ISO 9001 quality management system—every forging meets rigorous performance and traceability requirements.
