On December 24, 2025, Jiangyin Liaoyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Liaoyuan New Energy”) completed its shareholding reform and officially changed its company name from Jiangyin Liaoyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to Jiangyin Liaoyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. This milestone reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening corporate governance, ensuring long-term operational stability, and supporting sustainable growth across multiple industrial sectors.

As part of the overall corporate restructuring, the company’s registered capital was increased from RMB 50 million to RMB 65 million, further supporting long-term operations and the execution of complex industrial projects.

With extensive experience in manufacturing precision components for wind power systems, Liaoyuan New Energy has established a solid foundation in Quality Control, process reliability, and engineering collaboration.
