High-Integrity Forged Structural Block for Extrusion Equipment

Forged Dummy Block Bases and Support Blocks are large load-bearing components providing structural support for extrusion cylinders, tooling assemblies, and high-load stages in industrial extrusion presses, ensuring dimensional stability under repeated cycles.

Manufactured via open-die forging, Heat Treatment, and optional rough machining, these components exhibit dense internal structure, excellent fatigue resistance, and uniform mechanical properties.
