Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel, the gear is produced on the basis of a ring rollling forged blank and undergoes critical in-house heat treatment (quenching & tempering) followed by semi-finish cnc turning .

This results in a dimensionally stable workpiece that is ready for the customer’s final precision cnc machining , significantly shortening total lead time while reducing full-process quality risks.
