Our semi-finished forged planetary gear forgingis a value-optimized solution designed to help customers shorten machining time and improve production efficiency. Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel, the gear is produced on the basis of a ring rollling forged blank and undergoes critical in-house heat treatment (quenching & tempering) followed by semi-finish CNC Turning .

By integrating forging, heat treatment, and semi-precision machining under one roof, we ensure stable material properties, highly consistent hardness distribution, and reliable machining allowance control. This results in a dimensionally stable workpiece that is ready for the customer’s final precision CNC Machining, significantly shortening total lead time while reducing full-process quality risks.
