    As the core load-bearing component in the first-stage transmission of a wind turbine gearbox, the primary planetary shaft directly withstands the maximum torque and impact loads captured by the rotor. This product is specifically designed for extreme operating conditions characterized by ultra-low speed and high torque. Its core focus lies in providing unparalleled resistance to bending fatigue and impact toughness, ensuring zero deformation and fracture under heavy loads, thereby offering the most robust support for the entire drive train.

    The primary planet shaft directly bears the maximum loads and impacts from the planetary gears, demanding exceptionally high strength and durability. We have developed an enhanced manufacturing and inspection process for it: after basic Forging and quenching & tempering Heat Treatment, it undergoes rough turning, followed by strict Ultrasonic Testing to eliminate internal defects, alongside bulk hardness testing to ensure hardness uniformity. Full process control lays the foundation for stable operation in heavy-duty environments like mining and wind power.

    Utilizing premium alloy steel and advanced forging and heat treatment processes, we ensure superior resistance to bending fatigue, excellent wear resistance, and impact toughness for harsh operating conditions. Its precise geometry and exceptional surface integrity guarantee stable, long-term bearing operation, effectively enhancing the power density and reliability of the entire drive system.This product is widely used in planetary gearboxes of wind turbines, heavy-duty engineering machinery, and large marine propulsion systems, making it a key component for ensuring smooth and efficient equipment operation.
