The first day featured the exhilarating Jiulongxi (Nine Dragons Stream) rafting experience. Colleagues teamed up in inflatable rafts, navigating clear, fast-moving waters while laughter, cheers, and splashes echoed through the valley. Beyond the excitement, the activity encouraged mutual trust, quick communication, and cooperation—key elements of strong teamwork.
On the second day, the group explored the natural beauty of Qiandao Lake. A boat trip around the scattered islands and a climb to Meifeng Observatory offered breathtaking views of the lake’s crystal-clear waters and lush islands. The calm scenery provided a refreshing break from the busy work routine while giving team members a chance to connect and recharge.
A highlight of the retreat was the shared meal featuring Qiandao Lake’s renowned fish head soup. Gathering around the table, colleagues enjoyed delicious local flavors and warm conversations, deepening camaraderie in a relaxed and joyful setting.
