The generator shaft is a key forged component used in large-scale power generation equipment. It is manufactured through strict processes including raw material inspection, sawing, forging, Heat Treatment, mechanical properties testing, metallographic testing, precision machining, and ultrasonic testing(UT), followed by professional packaging and delivery.

The generator shaft transmits torque from the high-speed shaft (driven by the gearbox) to the generator rotor, enabling efficient conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy. With excellent strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance, the generator shaft ensures reliable torque transmission and long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.

Our facility can produce up to 3,000 generator shafts per year, and the annual precision machining capacity for generator shafts and planetary shafts reaches 5,000 tons.
